Keh-Ming Lin is Distinguished Investigator and Director of the Division of Mental Health and Substance Research, National Health Research Institutes. Bruce S. Singh is Cato Professor and Head of the Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne. Edmond Chiu is Professiorial Fellow of the Department of Psychiatry, University of Melbourne.
