BIR B1:OLIVER TWIST (BURLINGTON INTERNATIONAL READERS)

Oliver is a charming innocent in a dishonest world. Orphaned at birth, he lives in a workhouse in terrible conditions. Always hungry, Oliver dares to ask for more food. This leads to his expulsion from the workhouse and his escape to the crime-filled streets of London. Dickens' classic novel has been an Oscar-winning musical and a firm favourite for generations.
