In each test unit there is a certain storyline developing throughout the assignments, which helps create a model of a hypothetical behaviour of a foreigner in native speakers' language environment. The test assignments are based on authentic texts, which contain relevant cross-cultural information about events in the country and facts from Russian people's life. The texts and exercises in the book will be useful for students at different levels of testing (routine tests, final tests, and admission tests). The book can be used both for study with a teacher as well as for self study, as all the exercises come with instructions and answer keys.
