Who is it for
ILEC is an examination set at CEF levels B2 and C1. ILEC is the equivalent level to the Cambridge First Certificate in English and Certificate in Advanced English and assesses language skills in a legal context.


Author Biography: Nick Brieger is a director of York Associates. After a first degree in law and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics, his early career included language training and teacher training, mainly throughout Europe. His most recent titles have been in the areas of Technical English, Legal English and Business English testing. Joanna Kosta taught general, academic and business English in both Europe and Asia and worked as a director of studies in London before taking up a career as an examiner and materials writer for Cambridge ESOL. She writes on a wide variety of exams, ranging from KET to ILEC and ICFE.
