Brigadier Richard Barrons CBE is a serving Army officer, currently a senior commander in Northern Ireland. He has broad experience on operational duty in UK and multinational forces of some 18,000 soldiers. Working closely with governments, the UN and EU he has contributed to finding joint, multinational solutions in the midst of complex emergencies. He has a Masters in Defence Administration and has attended the UK's Higher Command and Staff Course. Deborah Tom is a Chartered Occupational Psycologist and certified Management Consultant.
