Author Biography: Andras Batta studied musicology and the cello at the Franz Liszt academy of music in Budapest. He has also taught the history of music there since 1979. Between 1976 and 1996, he produced numerous musical broadcasts in Budapest as well as on Hungarian national radio and ORF in Vienna.
