Author Biography:
Phil Spencer is the course leader for the PGCE ICT course at Sheffield Hallam University, UK. Prior to this, Phil worked as a classroom teacher and Head of Department in a challenging school in Sheffield. Phil has also mentored a large number of students throughout his teaching career.
