Michael J. Thorpy is Director, Sleep-Wake Disorders Center, Montefiore Medical Center and Professor of Neurology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York, USA. Michel Billiard is Professor of Neurology at the Guide Chauliac Hospital, Montpellier, France.
