PROFESSOR DAVID BIRCHALL is the Director of the Centre for Business in the Digital Economy at Henley Management College in the UK. His research and consulting interests are in strategic responses to the digital economy. DR GEORGE TOVSTIGA leads the Leadership and People Management consulting practice within ABB's Process and Business Consulting in Switzerland. He is a member of Associate Faculty at Henley and Visiting Professor of Management at the International Graduate School of Management of the Technical University of St. Petersburg.
