Author Biography:

Michael Holloway is the Director of Reliability andTechnical Development for the NCH Corporation, and he hasexperience with high-profile companies in a wide array ofindustrial areas. He has served as a contributing writer forManufacturing.net, Assembly magazine, Plant Servicesmagazine, and Lubrication & Fluid Power magazine. Heholds a BA in philosophy and a BS in chemistry from Salve ReginaUniversity and an MS in polymer engineering from the University ofMassachusetts. He is a master black belt trained in Six Sigma,served as an adjunct professor at the University of North Texas,and was managing editor for Porsche Club of America's magazine,Slipstream.

Chikezie Nwaoha is a petroleum engineer specializing inprocess engineering/equipment operations, natural gasprocessing/distribution, and pipeline integrity. He is acontributing editor for a number of trade magazines in the oil andgas industry and is also a guest member of the Subsea IntegrityResearch Group, University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
