Author Biography: Patrick Flanery is the author of the critically acclaimed novels I Am No One, Fallen Land and Absolution, which was shortlisted for the 2014 International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award and Royal Society of Literature Ondaatje Prize. Born and raised in the US, he has lived in Britain since 2001. His work has appeared in Granta, Zoetrope: All Story, the Guardian, The Spectator, Newsweek, the Washington Post and the Los Angeles Times. He is Professor of Creative Writing at Queen Mary University of London.
