Creative Writing. Part 1. We Are Just Getting Started. The book is aimed at students learning Russian as a foreign language at CEFR B1 and B2 levels as well as at teachers willing to promote creativity in the classroom. The book is divided into themes, and provides sample texts and various tasks to develop and practise students' writing skills in the form of a monologue and a dialogue. There are also creative tasks included in the book, and students can evaluate the texts they have created through the assessment system the book offers. The answer key is provided at the end of the book. The materials can be used for work in a classroom as well as for independent study. The audio materials are available to listen to or to download through QR-codes. The textbook is compiled according to the thematic principle. It is recommended for foreign students studying Russian, as well as teachers focused on a creative approach to learning.¶In addition to sample texts, the book presents tasks for the development and formation of written monologue and dialogic speech of students, creative tasks for monitoring and an evaluation system for independently created texts have been developed.
