Description: WHAT IS THAT? Italian characters is a very useful and fun card game, based on the combination of illustrated cards with portraits representing some of the most important characters of Italian culture and their corresponding identity documents containing some fundamental information. LANGUAGE OBJECTIVES This game allows students to learn, memorize and exercise, in a pleasant, simple and engaging way, frequently used information of the Italian language to identify and present a character. CONTENT The game consists of 132 cards divided into two decks: one with 66 cards illustrated with portraits of the characters and the other with 66 cards containing synthetic identification information. DISTANCE TEACHING The cards are also a valid support during online courses and lessons because they offer a wide range of possibilities of use. Each portrait of a famous person can become a precious element of conversation, just as each identity card represents a "casket" from which to draw to learn who the various characters are, what they have done important and in what sphere they have become famous.
